snail problem?

New to this, wondering if this is a problem or not. I have 2 clowns, 2 hermit crabs, and 4 snails.

Lately I've noticed the snails end up upside down on the sand bottom and can't seem to overturn themselves. Is this normal? Should I be turning them over or just leave them alone?

You can turn them back over. Some snails will die if you don't.
