This was white and flowing out when it was given to me, not sure what it is, but it has turned blue and looks like this now, is this an issue

They makes moves based on parameters. If your tank is on point it will come back. Be patient. I've found coral to be more stubborn than my wife. They can literally go months without opening up to you..

The polyps aren’t extended, but give it time since you just got it.

I moved it from the top third to the bottom third and it’s extending now and seems happy
