But hopefully it looks good by then, since I added some copepods I turned .y uv filter off my question is will it kill them if I turn it on? What about the phytoplankton that we dose will it kill it or since I dose every day it should be ok

A UV filter kills whatever passes through that light. It doesn't care what it is. You shouldn't need to add these things to your system btw.

I only installed the uv filter because when I got my biocube 32 it came with the uv filter and the protein skimmer, some bio rings and charcoal besides the one little tray they all come with only thing that I bought was the floss and heater
