I've had this angel for about 4 weeks now, he has the cotton ball looking balls on this fins and also one on the very top of its body, he eats fine and swims around the tank just like always.
Is this normal?, how can i get rid of them?, i have a cleaner shrimp and he's not cleaning this fish. Please help.
