Tiger Serpent Star sick, Please help!

I would like to know if it's possible for a starfish to regerate partof it's center body since I have an angel that was picking on it and took some pieces off from it so I removed it and placed it in my refugium in order for it to recupe.

it is possible...if the water quality is great. IF it isnt, then it most likely will get worse.

Water quality is great except my phophates whichare currently at .002, but all other is on check.

Salt level: 1.023
Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate: 0PPM
Calcium: 400PPM
DKH: 12
