What is this disease?
I dont thinks its ich or brooklynella. My new percula clown had it for a week then after alot of water changes and freshwater dip it went away. Im not sure if the dip helped but he's alot better, so i did something right. He didnt eat and was breathing rapidly. Now my royal gramma has it and doing te same thing, rapid breathing and not attempting to come out and eat. I havents seen it since this morning, afraid its dead somewhere. But i googled a pic and it looks spot on with what i saw on the perc and what i saw on my gramma. Starting its on topic, because i need some help quick.. So please anyone let me know something. The other 2 pics are of my fish.

Do some research on lateral line disease. See if that is it.
Check all your water parameters. Ammonia, Salinity, Temp, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH etc. Also make sure to feed quality food.

I cant really decide if thats it either, i didnt see any pits on any of my fish face. Cant find any other pics that look exactly like the lines on my fish. But just in case, ill change more water.. That is how u get rid of the disease u posted.

Not just, change water, but keep the water conditions pristine and make sure when you do change the water that the temp, salinity and PH match the tank water. What are they eating and what are the parameters which I listed above. That is a starting point.

My new premixed water has to match the same exact ph too?

Honestly, I don't test that. But if you are doing a big water change, it doesn't hurt to make sure the PH is close.

Its going extremely well so far. Im not sure if my water changes cleared it already but using this med wont hurt anything but everything is good and looks great.
Even though my base rocks are changing to a light brown color, i kno my tank is done cycling so idk whats causing that or if i need to be worried about it
-rscomia. Water changes helped my percula clown and cleared his body up but i wasnt so sure about it when the spots took over my grammas body and it died. Out of nowhere....

I did not have a royal gramma but I did have 2 clarki clowns the reason why I resorted to water changes is cause I could not catch them to treat them in a qt so I was literally changeing 10 gallons (in a 55g) every other day for 2 weeks and here it is 2 months later and they are both very healthy

They are healthy becaue their immune system is strong enough to fight off the ich. The water changes didn't get rid of the ich. But whatever, I probably have ich in my system too, but all my fish including an Achilles Tang are healthy enough to fight it off and they look great. Perfect water conditions, correct size tank, aquascaping with hiding places and proper nutrition can work wonders.

Tap but this is the first time i seen this since my tank has fully cycled. Could the medication be doing this?
And could i possibly use the filtered water system that came with my fridge for better water quality. The ro di units are a lil too expensive for me right now.. And wondering if that would work. It would take alot more time but it may be worth it?

Yea its the tap water the brown diatoms live on silicates that are found in tap water ro di units are a good thing to have they filter out all the bad stuff
