A lot of algal growth...

What are the tank parameters, what lighting system are you using, and how much water flow is it getting?

check your phosphate levels
looking at pict all i see is algae all over
get rid of phosphates the algae will follow
most common reason is from over feeding and very little care of tank
water changes are important
