What's wrong with my fish

I've had this fish for over a month now , my coral beauty I bought it it was nice and pretty but always hid from me even while I was remotely close it hid but now it has this orange stuff all around its lip area and its beak like mouth has this white line under it almost like teeth on a person. But above all this it is just swimming around the corners and tip top of the tank like its a space shuttle ready to launch even when I'm around its doing that and not hiding like usual. What is going on with this fish?
