White head on hammer coral

I just purchased this 3 head hammer coral. in the store it looked fine. I drip acclimated for 2 hours and when I put it in the tank, only 2 heads opened. The head that didn't open is pure white!

Any advice is greatly appreciated

that side of the coral was probably handled a lot
it may need time to settle in
