White mass on frogspawn

Hello again.. Walking past my tank just now and noticed my frogspawn coral opened up white and puffed up in the centre with this white cottony mass in the centre.. Assuming where its 'mouth' would be. Params are All Acceptible Kh 8 Mg 1450 ca 460 ph 8 nitrates 10 and going down after recent events. Temp 26c Salinity 1.026 any ideas? Is this normal? Had a temp drop on Monday to 21c cause I forgot to put my heaters Back on after a pwc on Sunday. Sorry pics are a bit naff

if you had a big temp change it's most likely upset , once you get things back to normal it should come back , unless you see the flesh receding you should be ok , it is going through a stressful time but it should recover
