White ring around tangs eye, slightly bulging

Just wondering if anyone knows what this could be? My tang is suffering from ick at the moment which I have treated it for but when I checked it this morning is has a white ring around one of its eyes and its eye is slightly swollen. Is this something to do with ick? Or something more severe? It's still swimming and eating as normal.

I'd be very suspect at the parameters in your tank. Sounds like the start of pop eye.

Its either Pop Eye, or he hit his eye on something when he runs and hides in the rocks.
