White spots

Hi,
My Strawberry Basslet recently started showing some white spots. Does this look like ick? If not, what do you think it could be? If so, what’s the best thing to treat ick & how long do I have?

That’s a dottyback, looks like he cut himself on something to me. Hard to tell from the pics. If it’s a cut maintain good water quality and it should heal.
