White spots on my Fish

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows why my royal gramma, Queen Elizabeth get it Royal Gram Ma... anyways she has White Spots. Looks like chicken pox for fish my GF said... Is she sick and whats wrong. my readings are:
Ph: 7.9 Ammo:0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: 5 Salinty:
8.4 0 0 20 34
7.8 0 0 20 32
8.3 0 0 20

My Calcium has been low and I've been trying to bring it up with calcium and alkalinity buffers... still pretty low...

Any thoughts ???
