White spotted puffer

Just got him today. He swam around to investigate than went and wedged himself between some rocks and my sand bed. Is he just stressed out and resting? Is this normal

Only time will tell...he could be just stressed out and looking to get used to the place. I'd start to worry if he's still on bottom in a day or too. So don't worry just yet Sounds normal to me

I tapped the rock where he was at and swam right out and has been swimming around all happy

I have never heard of a white spotted puffer. You got pictures?

Sometimes just called spotted puffer. I saw one at my LFS a while back. Look cool...almost got it instead of a blue spot, but got MV about the same time, so everything went on hold.
