Hello, recently my yellow tang seems off a bit, spitting out food and not swimming around constantly. Tank size 75 gallon

You have yourself a very skinny and pale tang. These tangs are open water swimmers and usually require tanks in the 6ft length range to be able to thrive in our closed systems.
Can you tell us more about the system and the fish? How long has it been in the system? Tank mates? When did you get the fish? How was it acclimated to the system?
