Zits on a Puffer

Hello,

I have a White Spotted Puffer who has recently (within the past week) developed what look like small, round growths on its body. There are three of them and I swear they look like pimples (hence "zits"). I have never seen this before and I'm completely baffled as to what this could be. None of the other fish seem to be affected. Are they tumors? Do salt water fish get tumors? Whatever they are, what do I do?

How long have you had the puffer?
What was the last fish added?
Do you use a QT?
What are your exact water parameters (actual numbers)?
Can you post a clear pic?
