What are the water parameters?
Ammonia
NitrIte
Nitrate
pH
TDS GH
KH
Temperature
Doing water changes to get clean fresher, less food and frog waste stuff in the water is number 1 thing to begin getting them better. edit: make sure to add dechlorinator and temperature match the water.
How long have you had them?
What other fish etc. are in the tank
