Anchor worm?

Hi - recently bought 3 young goldfish from a LFS, and one passed away a week after getting it, and did so suddenly. She had white stringy things coming out of her back - thought it may be white poop... One of my two remaining fish has a black thing coming out on bottom near rear fins. Is this anchor worm? LFS sold me prazipro to treat it...but PP isn't listed as treating anchorworm? Thoughts?

From the pics I can't see exactly what you mean in detail. But the Anchor worm are distinctively visible like ribbon short maybe 1-1.5 inches forked looking end. When you have worms coming out of the anus that is different more likely possibility Cammalanus worms.
