angel fish I just got at petco.

I saw these two baby angels at petco and they didnt look to good and id thought id be a good guy and save them. im concerned because both is swimming on there sides and one sometimes lays at the bottom breathing heavy..will they bounce back?? all water prams are good. the fish are in my 55g

Sorry to hear that. It's hard, but the best thing you can do when you see something like that in a pet store is to talk to the owner or manager about it. Buying them is just going to make them replace them with a few more that will probably end up with the same death sentence.

Fish that are having trouble staying upright or are breathing heavily on the gravel are usually in dire straights, so try to avoid buying them.
