Angelfish got stuck on filter

I came home and one of newer angelfish was stuck on the HOB filter. I'm not sure how long he was stuck on it but now he swims in circles and them sinks to the bottom.

My tank is 30 gallons.
One guppy
One angel
One pleco

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate .2

Filter is marineland 150


Is it possible he might die? His find aren't moving any more but I see his gills still moving.

He's most likely on his way out. No healthy fish gets stuck to a filter.

Yeah I agree ^ Especially with a big fish like an angel, he should be able to swim away if healthy.

Yeah he died a few hours after :/
Does anyone know why though?

he might have already been in bad shape at the fish store and the stress of moving to a new place was too much for him. What are your water conditions? If they were off that could of shocked him too.
