Angelfish problem!!

I have an angelfish that has a red thing over her fin on her body, it was never and issue till one day it split her fin in two, I'm not sure what it is or how to fix it, I do weekly water changes and haven't moved her in a while so I don't know how this happened

At a guess I would say some sort of growth looking at the second pic. I assume it isn't on the other side and hasn't sprung up very recently/fish is otherwise ok?

I'm not aware of any cures on whatever it is sorry, maybe some else knows more.
