Hi any ideas please?
I've been away for a week and have come home to find one of my guppies has a large bulging tummy. Is this dropsy? Only had him a couple of weeks when i bought 3 guppies. i'd been down to my last one and he'd started bullying the tetras so i wanted to give him company. I'd regularly lost fish in the summer. Did last pwc c.40% a few hours before going away. He is floating in one place near the top of the tank.
Have a 35 l tank with 4 guppies and 5 neons.
If its dropsy then I might euphanise . Im a Bit fed up really as I want this fish keeping to work but keep losing them. Other thoughts, Am i overstocking and do i need a bigger filter. Am I better off with a bigger tank?
