Apisto with inflamed anus

Hello everyone, I came back from my vacation to find that my male apisto has an inflamed anus, he still seems healthy being out and about swimming like he usually does and hes eating, I’ve only had him for about 3 weeks. Does anyone know what’s going on? Thanks.

Could be some sort of worm infestation?? Is there anything hanging out of the anus?
