Balloon Molly white bubble wharts

Hello. My balloon belly molly, Sunny, is currently alone in his hospital tank with about 7 days now of antibacterial/antifungal treatment. The white bubbles on the side of his head are still present, and the top of his head is still quite pale colored. He seems to be acting fine. Hes got these lumps all over the side of his face. I just want to put him back in his home. I keep it quite clean and all of my other fish are in perfect health.

Ouch, that looks rough. That looks similar to carp pox "Cyprinid Herpesvirus (CHV-1)" https://www.koi-pond-guide.com/carp-pox.html

Could be a differnet Herpes virus or Lymphocystus virus.
