Betta ate a grain of sand?

Hey guys. My Betta ate a small grain of aquarium sand that happened to float at the top. He's white and I think I can actually see it in his stomach. He's acting perfectly normal everything is great. But that. He's not bloated at all. What should I do? Fast and pea? Do you think he will pass it?

He should be fine, fast him for a little while and see how it goes. If you notice any weird detritus then go for the pea
