Betta Fin Rot

Help! My betta has had fin rot for about two weeks already! I have treated him by adding salt to the aquarium, and now I'm using pimafix. It's been 2 days since I started giving him the pimafix, but it seems like it's getting worse can any of you recommend effective medications to treat fin rot? I don't want him getting any worse

It's a hospital tank by the way, that's why it's so plain.
