Bleeding Heart Tetra with Fin Rot

Anybody know the best way to treat Tetras with Fin Rot without using meds as i have snails and plants in the tank and can't afford to buy a hospital tank setup. All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Btw they have had the Fin Rot since i have had them from the store. I figured the better water quality would heal them up but its been a month and no improvement. Ill increase my water changes but what else can i do?

All they really need us super clean water. Multiple water changes a week will usually fix it right up. If that doesn't fix the problem, it could be something else that needs medication

Ya i was just doing it once a week. Ill up it and see how it goes. Thanks.
