Bloated Female Ram?

I was hoping I would never have to make a thread here, but here I am... I have a female ram who looks bloated. She's swimming around, eating, and active, but her colors are pretty pale, and her belly is big. Can't get a picture right now, but I will as soon as I can. I'm planning on doing a 75% water change to see if that helps any. I don't think we have peas right now, and the soonest we could get peas would be tomorrow. She's been like this for a few days, but I thought she just ate too much. She's also got a red spot on her right side of her head that I have not noticed before, maybe it just is sticking out more since her color is so gray. I'm worried about her!
