BN catfish something in gill

I’ve just noticed something hanging out of my BN catfish’s gill. Could anyone shed any light?

There are Gill Flukes, Gill lice and other parasites. Maybe you can look and see if any of those are similar match.

New to FW fish? First tank in a long time or EVER??? Need some info on keeping fish?
