Boesemani Rainbowfish Sores

My rainbows seem to have something going on, and it looks like its getting worse. They have all been in my community tank for some time now, and I have not noticed any other problems with any other fish. My small rainbow was the first to show signs. He has a fleshy sore around his left fin and up around his head. At first I thought these were just battle wounds from the 2 others that are quite bigger. Now I am starting to see marks on my other rainbows. They do chase each other around quite a bit, so not sure if this is from fighting, or something worse.

How are they going? Wondered if these could be ulcers (if not from fighting).
