Bristlenose catfish

Hi,
I have recently noticed that my fish has some strange things on its belly that are new. I'm not sure what they could be so I have some photos perhaps someone can help.

I would definitely isolate the fish, it looks like large holes from the photo, but you would be a better judge

Maybe a heater burn??

The heater is quiet large I don't think it could be that. I'd separate the fish however I don't have a spare aquarium.

Is it possible any sort of infection?
