Bump on swordtail! Please help!

Had ich in my tank a month ago. Since my baby snails just hatch I couldn't put medicine in the tank so I slowly bumped up the heat. The ich disappeared but the fish started to grow a bump. Is this a bacterial infection? The scales around the bump are being pushed up. Should I put her in a separate tank?

Hm quarantine it. Is that it's only symptom? Is it acting lethargic? Are there any frayed or ripped fins?

When there was ich in the tank she was slower. She moves around a lot and eats. Her fins are clamped. The only other thing is that her color has gotten blotchy. It doesn't look as smooth. You can't really see it in the picture but is he has a darker blotches of orange on her.

Oh I also noticed one of my Julii cory cats itching itself a couple of weeks ago. I was waiting and watching to see if it continued, but I haven't seen it happen that much.
