Clear stringy poop?

I know this isnt a good sign. My goldfish have a fungal infection for going on a week now(I caught it VERY early). Its been a struggle finding meds and I'm hoping my dad brings some home today. I noticed this started a little after I noticed the fungus. Can this be from stress? Or is there something else at play?

That is usually a sign of internal parasites.

Thats what I read but I see no other symptoms. I read it can also be caused by stress and wondered if their was any way to tell ffor sure.

Looks like I'm ordering medication. What am I ordering? Paraguard by seachem didnt say it treated internal parasites but tetra parasite guard did. I dont like ordering tetra cause their food is bad quality is their medication as well?
Edit: I read somewhere you can treat them using Aq salt, is there any truth to this?

I would treat with Prazipro or API general cure. Tetra meds are a joke.

I'm getting tetra fungus guard for the fungus...I hope it works. Cause I didnt really have any other options with meds. I'm gonna order prazipro from amazon tho.

The tetra fungus guard contains nitrofurazone(furanace) which is suppost to be the best treatment against collunmaries which I think is what I have. So it should work
