Cloud eye

My peacock cichlid has cloud eye and has been in a hospital tank. I've done a round of API general cure and a round of tetracycline. No change. Should I do furan now or another round of tetracycline?

How's it going? Tetracycline is not meant to be very effective above a ph of 7.5. Erythromycin could be worth trying but will kill off nitrifying bacteria as well.

I'm working on Furan now. But you're right - my pH is about 8.2
