columbian tetra not eating. pale...

I noticed last night he wasn't eating the flakes i fed the tetras.... the other etras loved them.... and today after work i noticed he pale, and i've quarentined him and he still doesnt want to eat... any sugestions? i dont need any more dead fish, they are very demotivating.

Well, he died... I didn't know what to do for him... But I noticed his insides were red... anyone know what that could have been?
