Common Pleco can'move his body?

Can some 1 help me plz. I have a Common Pleco it looks like he can not move. Is there any thing I can do to help him plz? He is still breathing and blinking been like that for 2 days.

About 90 uk gallons. 2m length x 0.9m width x 0.8m height. I will try and get better pic now. thank you.

I really have no idea. If he didn't have outwards symptoms could have been a parasite of some internal sort. Keep a close eye on your other fish just in case
