Contagious

If my fish has dropsy I just discovered, does that mean the rest of my fish are going to have dropsy now too?

Dropsy is not contagious per say but the conditions that bring on dropsy can effect multiple fish. Dropsy is usually a sign that the tank water is not clean and the water parameters are out of whack. I would do a good thorough check of you water and tank conditions before more fish get sick.
