Aquarium Advice Regular
I have a leopard cory that has been my tank for 2 weeks now with what looks like a greyish bump or blister on its forehead that's slightly larger than its eyes. Its behavior has changed from swimming around with the other three that seem unaffected, to sitting still in plants or behind driftwood by itself, and appears to be breathing heavier.
Because of the hot summer and my PC lights, the water temp has been 80-82 degrees ever since it has been in there, so that should have made ich difficult. I didn't think that ich actually portruded from the skin either, just made white spots flush with the skin.
Has anybody heard of anything like this? Could it possibly be some kind of parasite that's attached to it's head? I haven't seen or read about anything like it.
Thanks in advance.
Todd
