Diet and "fatty liver"

Hi All

I am looking into the effects of high fat diet on "fatty liver" in guppies. Any insights on the matter would be greatly appreciated especially if you've seen your fish suffer/die after prolonged periods of giving them high fat feed.

The males ill get big stomachs. Other than that, no reason to orry about the effects of high cholestrol in a fish.
Unless e plan to someay preform open heart surgery on guppies.

I am less inclined to preform an open heart surgery but I have looked at the fat contents and microscopic histology sections in the liver. What I was interested to know was if some of the more experienced guppy breeders have seen a change in health, survival or fecundity as a result of changing to a more fatty diet (for the fish that is).
