Do you mean like a new thread forming out of the fin? If his fins have had fin rot or a tear or something like that, then they grow back very odd. Sometimes it all grows together or sometimes it grows in threads and then fills in.

The previous day i saw the fin was smaller n thn nw it seemed to form some pinkish things n starting become bigger but does it heal like that n it was very long before it formed

I agree, looks like fin rot regrowth. Fin rot can usually be caused by poor water parameters. Be sure to keep his water fresh.

Thx. I think that it may be that too but just curious does it grow first without colour n later when it is fully healed ,does it gets it colours back?

Yes the regrowth is almost transparent at first.
