Tried, tested and guaranteed.......
HEAT! Crank it up to about 86'f and leave it there for about two weeks, you'll never have ICH again unless you put it back in your tank.

Also, did you notice the size on that? 100 tablets! (When 1 tablet is a full "dose.") Even if you decided to use medicine to treat ich, unless you are an owner of an entire aquarium store, there is no way you could ever use 100 doses.
