Hi I've just noticed my 4 year old betta has symptoms off dropsy, pine coned, swollen stomach, pale gills and floating. Hes in a tank with other fish, I have him at the top off the tank so he can breathe. Any advice on this would be great as I haven't had any off my fish experience this before. I know its fatal but I'd like to try and help him. Thank you

Unfortunately from what I know about dropsy when they get to that point it's too late to do anything.
You could just make him comfortable for now, or you could also put in down if you think he's in pain.

I removed him to a place on his own but he doesn't look good hes lying at the bottom poor guy. I haven't any clove oil or I would euthanise him.
