Dwarf Gourami help

Yesterday i noticed that my DG is severly bloated. Today, he looks like he is having two sets of babies. I was wondering if you think he is bloated or if he has a disease. i heard about the Dwarf Gourami disease but couldnt find much readings about it.so any input would be appreciated. I will upload a picture in a minute.
