dwarf gourami HELP

I don't know what's wrong. He's in a 37 gallon tall that I got from a top fin kit from PetSmart about 3 months ago. He's eating and swimng fine

Looks bacterial, use Furan-2 to medicate the aquarium. Dwarf Gouramis are very sensitive fish, I've had 3 in my aquariums in the past and none of them made it any longer than a week so I started avoiding them.

Yes thx I went and got this liquid that I have to put in the tank for a week. But unlike u I've had good luck with my DG I've had him for about a year now and until now he got sick

Well that's good Unfortunately the local breeder who supplies all the pet stores with DGs tends to not sell very quality fish. Good luck!

Almost looked like a wound to me. But if no one is there to fight with it must be an infection :-/
