Electric Blue Jack Dempsey's...help

I keep loosing Electric Blue Jack Dempsey's to some sort of breathing problem. I have lost 3 of them, looks like I'm gonna loose my 4th. They look like they are gasping for air, then in a few days they die. I have other cichlids in the tank as well and they have always been fine.
