Fancy Goldfish with a cloudy eye

Hi,
My little oranda fantail goldfish's right eye looks cloudy like he has cataracts or something. I do 30% water changes weakly and all the water parameters are normal. His left eye is fine. Does anyone know what this is???? Halp!

I have never had a goldfish with this, but I know with tropicals cloudy eye is almost always from a minor infection related to water quality. Reduced feeding, increased gravel vacs and PWCs (like twice a week) will often clear this up. I have done this in conjunction with Melafix and Pimafix with superb results.
