Fish belly swollem

Ok heres the thing i've been looking at my black nean tetra for a couple of days now and the whole under belly seems swollen. I dont know if it is because of eggs or if it has dropsy. Can someone plz help if you want ill try to take a pic.

If it has eggs, she will just be fat. Dropsy will show with protruding scales. Meaning the scales are not flush with the body, and instead will stand out almost perpendicular to the body.

Also, how is the fish acting? Any abnormal signs? Inactive? Is it eating? Test your water. What are the readings?
