I have 8 tiger barbs in my 20 gallon tank, i just bought two barbs and placed them in my tank without quarantine. A week later noticed they were pooping white. That lead me to believe that they had a parasite. two weeks in i noticed a tiger barb i've had for 4 months was scraching against my driftwood. In fear that the new barbs also brought in !ICH! i started Tetra Lifeguard today. I placed 4 tablets in the tank. soon after my barbs starting picking at them. The tablets broke in to dozens of small pieces that my barbs started eating. i must say they did not eat it all. tomorrow i will dissolve the tablets first. My big question is will eating some hurt my fish in the long run?

Has anyone seen their fish eat some?
