Fish still flashing

I have been treating ick in my 29 gal tank using heat at 85f. for 10 days now. I haven't seen any spots for 5 of the 10, but some of my fish are still flashing. Water is 0 nitite 0 amonia 20 nitate 6.4 ph I change about 8 gal every week. I use stress coat and strss zyme.

if you can try to bump it up to 86 at least. I was always told 86 or above. Also i tusually takes about 2 full weeks to completely insure that the ich is all killed.

Yes, bump the temp up a notch, 86-87, and hold for 2 weeks, with some aeration if possible.

If you can't add aeration, lower the water level of the tank to allow some splashing.
