Fungus infection

I am getting worried about my red wag I am wondering if he has a fungus infection or not. Wanting some advice on what to do sorry about the bad photo

They don't seem to be working is the fungus to far along or maybe it is not fungus

The med covers bacterial as well. May need a second course.

Are all tank parameters good? This can make a big difference.

I have checked parameters and they are all fine. I just barely put in the second dose so we will see what happens.
